(English language version at the end)
Hola!!
Hola!!
suficiente!
Vamos a ello.
- ½ pimiento rojo
- Albahaca (yo echo albahaca a discreción porque me encanta!!)
- ½ diente de ajo o ajo en polvo
- 2 tomates secos mojados
- 3 dátiles
- Sal marina
- Pimienta negra molida
- Orégano
Paso a paso
cocidos… y a disfrutar!!
Verás que rica y que fácil!
Hi!
How are
you? I don´t know if it´s because the thing we call spring asthenia, but I´m
having difficulties in finishing the week! Tomorrow is Thursday; what a relief!
I´m very
happy, because today I bring you a
recipe that for me has been a very nice discovery. Is one of those recipes that
when you try it, you don´t want to stop cooking it!
This is
wholegrain pasta with marinara sauce. I got the idea from @juicingyourgreens
Instagram account. Because of bad weather, I wanted to eat something hot, so I
heated the dish in the microwave, and I really enjoyed it! Several of my co-workers
asked me how I prepared that Bolognese sauce… Ingenuous! Hehe
You will
see that preparing it has no mystery, is no need to start a fire, and only a
mixer is needed.
Let´s
do it, then!
Wholegrain
pasta whith raw marinara sauce
Ingredients (I adapted the quantities for a big meal)
- 3 branch tomatoes
- 2 stalks celery (use more or less according to your taste)
- ½ red pepper
- Basil (I use a lot of basil, because I love it!)
- ½ clove of garlic or garlic powder
- 2 wet dried tomatoes
- 3 dates
- Sea salt
- Ground black pepper
- Oregano
Step by step
This is so
easy and few explanations are needed. Add all ingredients to blender and mix
them until you get a homogeneous mixture. Taste and add salt and black pepper
as necessary.
Pour the
sauce over cooked spaghetti and enjoy it!
